Grants Farm

There is a lot of pictures in this one. Sorry but to many good ones not to post.

My bff Jen came to town for a week and one of the days we took some of the kids to Grant Farm. It was a lot of fun and I think the kids enjoyed as much as we did. We road on a tram across the property and learned the History of the land, and saw and saw the animals living in their natural environment.

This buffalo was like right there by us.

When we got off the tram J was amazed b/c there was a peacock right there by us.

J, C, N, K, and I road on the carrousel and it was fun to watch the babies faces while they road. V stood on the side and watched us.

Then we went and got to feed the goat with baby bottles. Which we did for a while til the goats started eating my hair and K's pants. They were so cute.

We also watched an elephant show. But before going in we had some snow cones and J got V to take a picture of their toungues together. Which I have to say is my favorite picture. lol

We then saw a few more things before we got rained out.
This was just as we were leaving.
We had a wonderful time while she was here. It was great for her to see the kids and for us to catch up on life. Was a lot like old days.

I had super excited news today!

I woke this morning and my hubby asked me if I wanted to go to Hawaii. I thought well heck yeah, but didn't get to excited, b/c he is known for asking this things for no reason. Then a few hours later he was on the phone and he booked us a trip to Maui, Hawaii. I am so exited. I have never been out of the lower 4 states. We are going for a 3 day 2 night trip. We are going up on the volcano and biking back down to see sites, snorkeling,  sunset dinner on a boat, and just other things to spend time together. It will be so refreshing, but also my first time to be away from my babies this long. I don't think I have even been a night away from K. I just wanted to share my awesome news with everyone.
